By placing an order with Zaraya, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is out of stock, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver within Dar es Salaam only. A flat delivery fee of TZS 5,000 applies to all orders. Delivery is within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Exchanges & Refunds

We offer free exchanges and refunds within 10 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. See our Exchange & Refund Policy for full details.
